This is a traditional lunar calendar for Vietnamese. Its calculated the lunar date in month view and the date view. The application also support for Snapped View and Live tile updated every day once user logged on the OS. To update Live Tile on the start screen you need to enable the app background task at Settings | Change PC Settings | Personalize | Lock Screen Apps then choose "Lịch Việt Nam" in the list.
